I'm tired of everyone telling me I'm not fat. But I never hear them say I'm skinny either. I have been struggling with an ED for over a decade, which makes for an even bigger challenge, as if losing weight weren't a big enough one. I'm a binger. So my main goal is to do this the healthy way and stay positive. UPDATE: Although I have had a few "slip-ups" I've pretty much got my eating under control! xD
Now I am just working on getting into being more active in any way possible, and moving up to a regular exercise routine :)
I am trying to learn all I can about proper nutrition and exercise, so if you have any questions I will do my best to help anyone out. I'm also open to discussions on the subjects too! If I seem to be misinformed, please feel free to (respectfully) teach me something new!
